General Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of AEGSXpro licenses, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a license has been activated or delivered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this policy and understand its terms before initiating any payment.
Eligible Refund Cases
AEGSXpro may consider a refund request only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Payment was completed but the license was never delivered or activated within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
- A verified duplicate payment was made (double-charge) for the same order.
- The platform is completely non-functional due to a critical server-side bug attributable to AEGSXpro (not user environment or configuration).
- The purchased plan features were materially misrepresented on the sales page at the time of purchase.
All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service after purchase.
- Incompatibility with your personal setup, browser, or operating system (check requirements before buying).
- Partial use of the license period — monthly or annual plans are non-refundable mid-cycle.
- Failure to use the platform during the license period.
- Violation of Terms of Use resulting in account suspension or license revocation.
- Purchasing the wrong plan — please review plans carefully before checkout.
- Source Code licenses: once delivered, no refunds are possible under any circumstance.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under our eligible exceptions, follow these steps:
- Contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your Binance Pay transaction ID and the email address used during purchase.
- Describe the issue in detail with any relevant screenshots or error logs.
- Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed back via Binance or USDT to the original source within 5 business days.
Plan Upgrades & Extensions
Instead of a refund, we offer the following flexible alternatives:
- Plan Upgrade: You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual or Source Code at any time by paying only the difference.
- License Extension: Monthly plan holders may extend their license at a discounted rate before expiry.
- Technical Support: If you are experiencing issues, our support team is available 24/7 to resolve problems before considering cancellation.
