Terms of Use

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any part of the AEGSXpro platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use or access the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. AEGSXpro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

AEGSXpro is a professional security testing platform that provides a controlled, isolated simulation environment for:

• Session vulnerability analysis and security testing simulation.
• Cookie inspection, flag analysis, and security auditing.
• Automated generation of security patch recommendations.
• Educational resources and video tutorials on web security.

To purchase and use AEGSXpro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be a legitimate security professional, developer, researcher, or company representative.
• Agree that you will only test systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such software is prohibited by law.

AEGSXpro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Permitted uses include:

• Testing your own web applications, servers, or networks.
• Authorized penetration testing under a written contract with the system owner.
• Educational research in a controlled lab environment.
• Bug bounty hunting on platforms that explicitly allow it.

Strictly prohibited uses include:

• Unauthorized access to, or testing of, third-party systems without explicit written permission.
• Using the platform to conduct attacks, steal data, or cause harm to external systems.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license credentials to others.
• Reverse-engineering the platform (except where permitted for Source Code licensees).
• Using AEGSXpro in any way that violates local, national, or international law.

1. Monthly License ($300/mo): Single user, non-transferable. Access expires at the end of the 30-day period.
2. Annual License ($2,500/yr): Single organization or team, non-transferable. Includes all modules for 12 months.
3. Source Code License ($5,000): Full commercial white-label license. May be used to build derivative products for resale. Must not be publicly released as open source.

All licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, sublicensed (except Source Code), or sold without prior written consent from AEGSXpro.

• All payments are processed via Binance Pay in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20).
• Prices are quoted in USD and subject to cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment.
• License activation is completed within minutes to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Monthly licenses are non-renewing — you must manually repurchase to continue access.
• All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

All content, code, branding, documentation, algorithms, and materials on the AEGSXpro platform are the exclusive intellectual property of AEGSXpro and its developers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission, except as permitted by your license type.

Source Code licensees receive a commercial license to the codebase but do not acquire ownership of the AEGSXpro brand, trademarks, or proprietary algorithms unless explicitly agreed in a separate contract.

AEGSXpro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the platform.
• That the platform will meet all of your specific requirements.
• The accuracy or completeness of any security analysis results.

AEGSXpro shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Any damage caused by misuse or unauthorized use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Legal consequences from violations of these Terms.

AEGSXpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately, without notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Use.
• Use the platform for unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.
• Share or attempt to transfer your license credentials to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the platform without authorization.

Upon termination, all rights granted under your license cease immediately and you must stop all use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes arising from the use of AEGSXpro shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

By using AEGSXpro, you waive any right to a trial by jury and agree that any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
